ABOUT
JR Builders was incorporated by Lawrence R. Palmisano in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1995. Mr. Palmisano has a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Builder and Remodeler in the State of Massachusetts. Prior to his experience with JR Builders, Inc, Mr. Palmisano was the Project Engineer/Manager for the construction of over 1000 apartment units in the Manchester, NH area.
JR Builders is a General Contracting Company that has completed over 200 residential and commercial construction projects throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern NH. The following is a partial list of projects that we have completed:
- Residential subdivisions with Construction of over 100 Custom Homes
in Merrimack Valley, Southern NH and Seacoast area - Construction of 40,000 SF strip mall in Hooksett, NH
- Rehab of 90,000 SF Mill Building in Lawrence, MA
- Over 150,000 SF of Commercial Tenant Fit-Up
- Construction of 24 unit Apartment and six unit town home building in Methuen, MA
- Rehab of 15,000 SF Historic Office Building in Salem, NH
- Various multi-single unit buildings on Pilings at the Seacoast
- Complete reconstruction of several homes damaged by fire/water
